重点来了，大包间的用餐环境作为最能体现装饰特色与风采的地点，可以说大到整体环境氛围，小到细微之处都影响着消费者的心情和感受。全聚德上海紫荆广场店大包间可以容纳10-12人用餐，有独立的就餐区和休息区。除了对桌面、环境光以及眩光显色性等做了基础照明设计，我们还通过灯光场景的设置，增加了上烤鸭展示环节。因为离明档和鸭胚间较远，为了便于包间的客人们在用餐时也能感受到大厨们的精湛技艺，我们配合全聚德上海紫荆广场店通过灯光场景的设置，增加了展示环节。当主厨推着烤鸭从大包间门口走到主宾旁的展示位处，动线上的灯光依次逐渐亮起，并在达到预定位置时，其他灯光同步缓慢熄灭，此时的主厨好像站在舞台中央，用精湛的技艺为客人们诉说着全聚德“全而无缺，聚而不散，仁德至上”的历史传承。而当展示环节结束，服务员只需要通过一个简单按键或遥控面板，就可以将展示模式切换到就餐模式，此时灯光再依次缓慢亮起，既保证了客人们的舒适感受也便于服务员操作使用。

Because of the distance between the Ming dynasty and the duck embryo, in order to make it easier for the guests in the private dining room to feel the skill of the chefs, we cooperated with Quanjude Shanghai Bauhinia Plaza to increase the display area through the setting of lighting scenes. When the chef pushes the roast duck from the entrance of the big baggage room to the display place next to the guest, the light on the moving line gradually turns on, and when the predetermined position is reached, other lights are slowly extinguished and the chef seems to stand at the same time. In the center of the stage, with its superb skills, the guests tell the historical heritage of Quanjude's “all without exception, gathering without being distracted, and virtue being supreme”. When the display session is over, the waiter only needs to switch the display mode to the dining mode through a simple button or a remote control panel. At this time, the lights turn on slowly, which ensures the comfort of the guests and the convenience of the attendants.
